renewing our domain

  We are trying to renew our nailsworthschool.org.uk domain but get a blank page when going through WordPress
  Can you help please

  nailsworthschool.org.uk – is not registered with WordPress.COM, so any registration renewal would be with the Registrar not WordPress.COM , it however has domain mapping that makes the custom domain name work, that has been purchased here, to renew the domain mapping you would need to be the account / owner that bought the upgrade. My guess is that the domain mapping is what you need to renew

  Is there another account that might have been used to purchase the upgrade?

  I will also flag this for staff attention if you need more help

  Hi Vince,

  I checked the site http://nailsworthschool.org.uk/ and I see that the upgrade owner successfully renewed the site’s upgrades, including the domain mapping upgrade. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
