Renewing Our Domain

  Hi, we just got a notice that our domain utcnfoods.com will be expiring in July. We tried to renew, but we cannot figure out how to do so. The site keeps offering us options to upgrade our plan, which we don’t want right now, but does not allow us to renew.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  Remember you can turn it on automatic renewal.
  Click the upgrade you wish to check to view renewal details. If the upgrade is set to expire then click on the Renew button and follow the screen prompts.

  Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, it still is not allowing us to renew our domain. We have gone to the Manage Purchases page, but all it offers us is upgrades, not the ability to simply renew our existing domain that will be expiring soon.

  Are you the admin?
  Only the owner of the domain name or plan may renew the upgrade. If you don’t see the option to renew listed via Purchases, let the owner of the upgrade know so they can renew it.
