  We received an email regarding renewing our domain name by May 23. This was the content:

  Domain Mapping for bouldernewcomers.wordpress.com is about to expire
  This upgrade replaces your site’s default address of ‘bouldernewcomers.wordpress.com’ with the custom domain ‘bouldernewcomers.org’.
  Domain Mapping costs $13.00, and it is set to expire in 13 days, on May 23, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘bouldernewcomers.org’.

  I selected Renew Domain Mapping but I don’t know how to follow through and pay, assuming I need do that. What do I do at this point to ensure that we retain our web address? Thanks.

  We have the same question – how do you renew our domain/site (it’s a wordpress.com site). We receive a message in the left menu bar that our domain is expiring in 20 days but when we click to renew our only option is to upgrade to the $299 business plan, which we do not want. We want to stay with our current $8.25 per month plan.

  How do we renew??
