Renewing Our Domain

    Hi, my username is now2r1, and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). We are trying to renew the domain name http://www.mynvm.wordpress.com.
    In March I received several emails stating that this domain would be auto-renewed, and I wouldn’t have to do anything. In April we got an email stating that my domain name had expired, even though my credit card on file doesn’t expire until July. Please let us know what has happened with this domain. Thank you.
