  We need to renew our domain name and I’m not able to find the place to renew it. It says I’ve already purchased the $99 upgrade.

  Hi there. You can renew your domain under Store ->My domains in the dashboard. However, the Whois data for your domain shows it is registered until August 2015, updated yesterday, so it appears that you have already renewed it. If you bought or renewed the premium upgrade bundle, then your domain registration/renewal was probably included in that.
