Renewing Purchase Plan

  I would like to renew my plan, but it expires in 2 days.. Id like to cancel my premium plan and purchase a personal plan instead, as I dont blog enough to make the premium plan worthwhile and i dont want to lose my domain name. Help ASAP! please.

  Hi there, do you have a Premium theme activated on your site or customized your site with CSS or other premium customizations? Both of those will be deactivated once you move to a Personal plan.

  At this point you should be able to cancel the Premium upgrade so it doesn’t autorenew and purchase the Personal plan. Just to confirm so you don’t lose your domain name, I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance.
