renewing register of domain name

  Hi I’m trying to renew subscription and it won’t let me as it says domain already registered. Please can you help?

  Hi howen375,

  You can update your domain by going to https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades and click “renew now”. If that doesn’t work, you can submit a ticket by going to https://wordpress.com/contact.

  Let me know if that works or if you have any other questions!

  Hi, still no luck I’m afraid – I go to pay and it says domain name cannot be renewed as already registered. Please do you know how to raise a ticket and it just takes me to this page?

  Hi howen375,

  Only the owner of the upgrade will be able to renew it. The account you are logged into is not the owner of the domain. Please ask the owner of the upgrade to log in and renew the domain.
