Renewing site Domain

  Hello, when I select renew (in multiple locations) it take me to the manager purchases page, but the only action available seems to be delete. How can I renew this domain? I am a week past the expiration date.

  Hi @dianamccly,

  Please make sure you’re loggedin with the user that’s the owner of mccauleywriters.com.

  Only the owner of the domain name may renew the domain. If you don’t see the option to renew listed via Purchases , let the owner of the upgrade know so they can renew it.
