Renewing site URL

  Hi,
  My site usually automatically renews annually, but this year it didn’t and now I don’t have the URL attached to it any more. I can’t find anything in the wordpress billing options to renew it. I just want to renew my same hosting package I’ve always had.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the domain, zunfa.net?

  The only credit card we have on file for you expired in February 2018, so we could not charge that card for the domain’s renewal in August and September. We sent you several emails to let you know. Maybe those landed in your spam folder?

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
