Renewing subscription

  I tried to pay for my subscription and the charge back fee but but it said the domain was already registered.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When you submitted the chargeback your domain was not cancelled, just removed from your site.

  Please pay only the chargeback fee here:

  https://wordpress.com/checkout/

  Once you’ve done that, please let me know and I can then help you pay for the domain so I can restore it to your account.

  When I click the kind to checkout it says page not found.

  Ok…got to where I can pay and when I click submit it says “domain name already taken”…

  Don’t try to pay for the domain. Only pay the chargeback fee, and then I can help you with the domain afterwards. I’ll need to add the domain back manually from my end.

  Thank you. I’ve sent a payment like for the domain payment, then I can restore it to your account.

  If you want the Premium Plan you had originally as well, you can purchase that as normal from My Site ->Plans.

  Autorenew is not currently active. To activate it, please go to the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Click on the upgrade, and then click the Add Payment Info option. If you add payment details there we’ll attempt to renew it automatically next year, one month before it expires.

  I have a problem…I have had a site published here that I built with hostgator…can I get it reset to the site that was up previously? I went back and clicked publish, received confirmation that it was published, but it is still the old site…

  At the moment your domain is connected to the WordPress.com site, drrandylowe.wordpress.com

  If you want to use that domain with a Hostgator site, you’ll need to contact them to reconnect the domain on their end and add their name servers to the domain with us so it is pointing to them. We don’t have any access to your site at Hostgator, so all we can help with is changing the name servers:
