Hi there,
Could you share the site address that is already expired?
I’ve added a modlook tag for staff assistance. Please do expect some delay in response from the staff members as they’re traveling for the company meetup. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your reply. Let’s wait for the staff member’s assistance. Thanks again for your patience.
P/S: Just to confirm, the owner of the domain mapping upgrade of your site bam411.com is under the username of bam411, is that correct? If yes, you may need to login using bam411 and post a reply here to validate your ownership of the account.

Hi there,
Domain mapping used to be a standalone upgrade but now it is included in all of our paid plans and therefore if you want to re-map your domain you need to purchase a plan.
If you need more help with the mapping or if you have any other questions just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Okay, so the most basic plan is the $4 a month correct? So for $48 I can get http://www.Bam411.com back online without too much more fuss – Does that sound right?
-
That’s correct — the Personal plan is the most economical option if you are upgrading primarily to map a domain.
Once domain mapping has been added and bam411.com has been set as the primary domain, it should be connected to brandedartistmanagement.wordpress.com again (since the name servers are still pointing to us). All of the content is still there but the site reverted back to its free address when domain mapping expired.
I’ll be here if you have any questions.
