  I received an email about renewing my domain name, when I press the call to action button, but it won’t go anywhere; therefore, I cannot renew it

  Correct account: Unknown

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, 

  mykindofenglish.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org 

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you in this regard.

  Hi, thank you for answering promptly, but my issue lies with the URL plainsimpletruth.com, which I believe is with wordpress.com. I cannot find it anywhere, so I cannot renew its subscription.
