Since you have no upgrades set for auto renew under your account, you’ll be able to re-add the credit card as you purchase your next upgrade.
We only retain credit card information if you set your upgrade up for auto renew. Otherwise, you’ll need to input your credit card each time you make a manual payment for an upgrade.
It appears that you are trying to upgrade the credit card under an account that is not associated with the account you are contacting us from. You’ll need to log into that account in order to update the credit card info and pay for the upgrade.
