renewing video press

  I used to write for a blog and now I don’t. I had myself removed as an administrator from that blog. When I was the administrator I purchased a video press subscription. The current administrator would like to renew the video press subscription for the next year before it expires, but tells me he cannot, that somehow it’s tied to me.

  He’s sent me a support case reference number (#879266) but support is evidently at a conference. I said I’d try to solve this for him though so I’m posting it here in hopes that someone can help.

  The blog I was a part of was estatestore.org (no longer available to me from the drop down list since I’m not on it anymore).

  (As a btw, it seems kind of crazy that the upgrades purchased for a blog don’t stay with the blog. )
