renewing website

  I want to renew my basic $18.00/year blog, but all I seem to be seeing is opportunities to upgrade to 8.25/month or 24.92 per month…I don’t want either of those, just the basic $18.00/year…how do I access that offer?

  Thanx for helping me out. Unfortunately, the link you provided also sent me to the “Looking to Upgrade?” opportunity, with no other options.

  One thing that is also going on is that these links, and when I’m at tayloreconomicsbroady.com and click on “My Site,” it sends me to the Purchases page for davistaylorcoa.wordpress.com, which was a free WordPress site I had very briefly before paying the $18/year to get tayloreconomicsbroadly.com . So that may be the root of the problem: it thinks all I have is a free site, and/or I can’t get to the Purchases page of my existing $18/year site….

  Hi Davis,

  Can you check your receipt from last year? It appears that the domain was purchased under a different WordPress.com account. If that’s right, you’d need to log in with that account in order to renew it.
