J’ai tenté à quelques reprises de renouveler mon nom de domaine et je n’y parviens pas. Pouvez-vous m’indiquer comment le faire s.v.p. ?

Hi @jimmygagnon, can you log into the account that owns the upgrade? You’ll be able to renew the domain then.

If it helps, you can log out then log in with the email address that is getting the renewal reminders. Let us know if you need more help!

Hi,

When I log into my account in the “upgrades” section, they propose me to upgrade to the premium version or to buy a other domain like “physiotherapiejimmygagnon.net” or “.org”, but I just want to keep my “.com” adress and the basic plan. I do not see any click button to simply renew my domain. Am I blind ?

Can you just send me a step by step notice to help me to renew before the 7th november.

First you’ll need to log out of the jimmygagnon account, since this account does not own any upgrades currently.

Then log into the account you used to buy the upgrade. If you need a hint, it’s the one that gets emails about renewals.

Sure. Go here:
https://wordpress.com/me/account

Click “Sign Out”

Then sign in as the other user by going to WordPress.com and typing in that other username. You can reset the password if needed.

After you are logged in as the new user, go to https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades to renew your upgrade.
