renovate domain

I want to renovate my domain and can’t find where is the option to do it (I can only find ‘upgrade plan’ in ‘manage purchases’.
How can I do it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I know, they forwarded to me your message.
Problem is:
– We don’t know anymore user and password from that account.
I did try to get a new password and when I entered the email i wordpress got the message that no account is related to that email :(As I am administrator from that site, shouldnt I be able to renovate that domain? Because I would like to fix this, so it doesnt happen again in future…

I understand where you’re coming from, but we have to be careful about ownership issues, especially with domains. Only one account can own a domain.
But that ownership can be transferred to you, at their request. If your colleague would like to reply to my latest message and ask about transferring ownership to you, we can work with them on that.

problem also is, when the owner email, where you are writing to and saying that we have to renovate from there, asks for another password in wordpress, wordpress says there is NOT an account with that email…
would be much easier to communicate with you in a private way, is it possible??

That’s okay. Will you please ask them to just reply to our email? That is the first step.

Accounts with upgrades get private support. However, we have yet to receive a response from the account owner. Please ask them to reply to us.

I’m glad you’ve got it. But for next year, let’s get this transferred to the correct account. If they will reply we can help. But we need to hear from them.

If you can see the email, you can respond from whatever account it is was sent to. We’re okay with that.
