    I am trying to renovate the domain estoydevento.com. I would like to pay the anual cuote.

    Please let me know how to do this!

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 19 August and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It should still be possible to get the domain back for you, but our registrar charges an $80 fee for this on top of the regular renewal fee.

    Please let me know if you agree to this redemption fee and I can get the process started for you.

    Hi Patricia,

    I see the domain belonged to a different username on your site, estoydevento. Can you please post here as that username to confirm you have access to that account? We can only restore the domain to the account that originally owned it, so I have to make sure you have access to that account before we can proceed.

    These forums are public, meaning anyone with an internet connection can see it and potentially just gained access to your login details.

    Thanks for replying from the correct account. I’ve send an email with a payment link to the email address on your account. Please let me know if you don’t receive it. Once we receive payment we can contact the registrar to restore the domain. If the recovery fails, I’ll refund the payment in full.

    Even privately, please never send your password to support. If a support person on any website ever asks for your password, chances are you’re not speaking with a genuine support technician. Thanks for updating your password.
