  Hi there,

  adehl.com expired on 20 March, and is currently in redemption with our registrar. Normally it costs $80 to recover a domain from redemption, but our domain provider is currently waiving that fee until the end of the month, so you only need to pay the renewal cost of the domain.

  I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to make that payment. Once we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to ask that they restore the domain.

  Where are you seeing this? A Whois lookup clearly shows the domain is registered and currently in redemption, and if you search for it any domain provider it will appear at taken.

  Please tag threads regarding domain renewals for staff, as we ask in our volunteer guidelines. We could have helped this user several days ago already, and if we didn’t spot this thread ourselves they could have completely lost their domain.

  Correction. I see you’ve already bought a personal plan, so we can use the free domain included in that plan for this. Please disregard the payment link you received.

  I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. We’ll let you know as soon as they reply.

  Your domain is now back in your account, and should start showing your site again within the next hour or two :)
