  Hello! My credit card used to pay for my WordPress plan is not valid anymore. Please let me know if I can make the next payment using another kind of payment method, like PayPal , for instance. Thank you all and I will wait for your contact.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites or purchased any upgrade through WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you need help with?

  If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and then log back in using email address your renewal reminder or purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, it should be possible to add a new card using these steps:

  Payment Methods on WordPress.com
