Rental plugin

  I had bought the rental plugin a year ago for a client (greenglamour.co.uk). Last November they bought another plugin and installed it rather than this. I was billed for the old one again this year. I would kindly ask to revoke the subscription and refund the money.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  WordPress.com does not sell the plugin you’re referring to. If you purchased the “Rental Products” WooCommerce Extension, you need to request the refund from your WooCommerce account.
