Renting items one page layout without Woocommerce
-
Hi,
I am a bit desperate now as I looked everywhere and cant find ideal solution for me. Hopefully you guys can help with a good advise.I want to rent items(about 10-15pcs).
Design shoud be a calendar where you can se availability of all items, however its not super important.
Customer picks a date from a calendar – multiple days(not hours), after this a form shows where he can see all the Items. The availabel Items can be checked, number of these items can be added. Non-available items for desired date are shown, but cant be chcecked for renting as they are nat availabel for this date or one of those days.
Total price is calculating as customer checks the items.
Customer fills a form with basic informations and sends it.
It has to be manually aproved.
No payment is required there.
Evrything has to be at one page, so woocomerce isnt possible to use. Renting has to be fairly small and easy to use.
Calendar availability is essential and it has to be for every single item. Whenever some Item is rented already for one or more days picked by customer, it cant be checked but customer can see which dates its rented or he can choose only days that the item is availabel.
Price is calculated by days(there will be discounts) and by items selected(bulk discount).Do you know plugin that can do this? I did extensive research but havent found anything like this. Usually when it comes to renting something, its “product based” so customer has to go through every item and pick date separetly. Form can be created easily but then its not connected to calendar and availability is a problem.
Most plugins are just huge, complicated and messy for customer.Do you know anything that might do this? Or at least something similar?
Thank you!
Martin

It sounds like you might have a WordPress site hosted elsewhere?
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
I would recommend you reach out to the WordPress community for guidance on your specific requirements:

It’s quite possible that you would need to hire a developer to create this functionality for you if a solution doesn’t already exist.
I hope that helps.
