  How do I reopen my account which was closed in error?

  Hi there,

  I see your @ alexandralevin18 account is currently active. You are referring to a different account, yes? Do you recall the username you had associated with that account?

  To clarify, when an account is closed it is usually permanent. If you closed it only recently, we may be able to reverse that. But if this account was closed some time ago it will not be possible to recover it.
