    Hi there,

Staff can help you out in this regard.

Thanks for your patience while staff gets back to you. I’ve added Modlook for quicker responses.

  • Hi there!

I’ve restored the site back to your account; you can see it under traveldreamsbyjaz.wordpress.com.

If you’d like to also recover your domain, we can do that if we hurry. Go ahead and purchase any of the paid plans – DO NOT register a new domain, though. Instead, let us know here, and we’ll restore traveldreamsbyjaz.com. We can only do this during a few days after the domain cancelation so let us know ASAP what you would like to do.

Hello, yes I would like to restore TraveldreamsbyJaz.com.

    Thank you

  • Hi there,

I can confirm you cancelled and were refunded for your Premium Plan purchase, with which the domain traveldreamsbyjaz.com was bundled. You can see the refund was processed here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

Regarding traveldreamsbyjaz.com specifically, you do have a few options for getting that domain back, let us know which you would like to move forward with!

    1. Wait for grace period to end – Your domain is in a 5 day grace period (from the time you cancelled) but at the end of that it goes on sale again. As long as no one buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider. According to our records it will be available again on or about Dec 1st

    2. Let us recover the domain – Because you have already been refunded, we can send an invoice for registration fees and restore the domain. You’ll be able to connect it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

    3. Stay on WordPress.com – The cost of your domain is included in your plan purchase. To restore your domain just purchase a new plan and choose the yearly (not monthly) billing option and then let us know so we can reattach the domain to your WordPress.com site.

Hope that helps! Please let us know how you would like to proceed, thanks!
