Reopen account with same email address

  Hi,
  My account is suspended for any reason, i’m close my WordPress account. Can i reopen a new WordPress.com account using the same email address.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you can’t. As very clearly stated on your suspended site, just follow the link to the Support Document and use the contactform to solve this problem and restore your site, http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
