  Could anyone share with me if its possible to retrieve a content from a closed blog so that a repost could be done?

  There is nothing called closing a blog. You either set it to private or delete.

  So I wonder what do you mean by closed blog?

  what i meant was that i deleted my blog and would like to restore the blog i deleted.

  It is impossible to recover/reopening a deleted blog.
