Reorder custom posts

  We have several custom posts pages and would like to manually reorder the posts on each page. I understand that there is a plugin for this, but it not available on wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And there’s an extra charge if you make us guess which posts, pages, and order you’d like them in.

  I am an editor on another wordpress website where I can manually move posts on a custom posts page. I would like to do this on the above site, but do not get the fairway arrow to enable me to move the order of the posts. I understand that the plugin “post types order” does this, but cannot see how to install the plugin.

  Correction: “four way” arrow not “fairway” arrow
