reorganizing sidebar links/blogroll

Hello — I have a question about the organization of links as they are displayed by their categories in the sidebar. If you go to my site, laurafern.wordpress.com, you will see I have six categories with links displayed.

When I created the categories though, I used awkward names in order to keep them displayed in the order I wanted them, hence the title “a writer,” with my newspaper article links. I really want to change this, and I tried putting spaces in the category titles like you can do to change the order of the pages, but that didn’t work. Is there any way around this? I have a CSS upgrade, if that helps…

Best bet would be just to cut and paste everything into a text widget in teh order that wou want them in.

Hmm… you mean, use a different text widget for each category, and then copy all the hyperlink addresses in the widget?

Afraid so…not really what you want, but the only way to order them as it is alphabetical! The only other way would be to put a number in front of the like “1: Link A” and then “2: Link B” or something else to try and get the order you want!
