Repeat bug issue but live chat not working to get help

  I’ve had this problem before and through live chat the operator fixed it (a glitch their end). When logging onto dashboard, two sites (same name) appear. Both empty when clicking through, but if ‘view content on all’ posts and pages appear. I can’t submit a live chat question as the ‘continue’ button is greyed out so I’m struggling to get it resolved.
