repeated abuse by blogger

    If a blogger has repeatedly abused copyright as well as been abusive (and slanderous) to several parties, will WordPress shut them down permanently?

    WordPress shut down site for one day for copyright infringement. But, blogger has used various copyrighted items. Don’t know if it worth time to follow up, if wordpress will just keep allowing blog to reappear.

    When blog reappears, the blogger attacks/abuses the complainant…by posting pictures of complainant along with abusive and slanderous statements.

    Any help or advice welcomed.

    I think that after a certain number of using copyrighted items then wordpress sends them an email warning them that if they carry on they will be banned. After that if they carry on then they will be banned.
    It depends on how they are using copyrighted matieral. But, yes Word Press will shut them down permanently. This is good because you dont want to be downloading copyrighted material and getting the blame.
