Repeated charges with templates?

  If I were to buy the Blocco theme is this a one time fee, or are there repeated charges? Or, if I were to only change fonts, etc, are there standard fees applying to all templates, or are fees dependent on the chosen template?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Buying a theme is a one-time fee. Note that each theme you purchase is good on one blog, so if you have five blogs and want them all using a premium theme, you’ll have to buy the theme five times.

  If you want the Custom Design upgrade, that’s $30 per year.
