Repeating and Not Saving Content

    My pages all have repeating content that don’t appear when I edit them. Also, I changed font colors in my header, but the changes aren’t saving.

    What page are you working on and what exactly is that repeating content? Text or pictures?

    Hi there!
    I’ve been trying to replicate your problem but with little success so far.

    I can tell you that the problem is in your header. That’s where the “post content” section is being duplicated, between the navigation menu and the spacer block.
    But I’m not sure why it is happening, and I haven’t found a setting that could be doing this.
    I would recommend checking the header template and making sure that you don’t have the “post content” block added there.
    The Zoologist theme uses the new Full site Editor to edit the header, follow these steps to do it:

    1. In your site’s dashboard, go to Appearance → Editor.
    2. Click on the current template at the top centre of your screen (here indicated as ‘Index’).
    3. Click on Browse all templates.
    4. In the next screen, click on Template Parts.
    5. Then, select Header.

    Hi @fstat.
    I found the problem on the Contact and About pages from the menu.
    On the About page the text is repeated in the header, and in the Contact page is the whole contact form.

    It looks like you’ve accidentally added a second Post Content block to the template for pages.

    To fix this, go to Appearance ->Editor in the dashboard.

    Click at the top where it says “Header and Footer only”, and select “Browse all templates”

    Click on Page.

    When the Page template open in the editor, expand the tree view, select the Post Content block in the Header section, and remove it. Then save/update. This picture will show you where to click and in what order:

    Once you do that, your page content should appear only once on each page.
