Replace a Hyperlink With Another Word

  When I paste a URL into a blog post, can I edit the URL name to make it look cleaner? For example, I want this URL- http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2018/03/01/defining-generations-where-millennials-end-and-post-millennials-begin/- to be replaced with Pew Research Center, as that is what the hyperlink references.
