  I was trying to update the logo on our website but then it keeps telling me ‘Update failed. Sorry you are not allowed to edit this post.’ Can you please tell me how I can fix this problem?

  Please try clearing your browser cache.

  If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser or logging into your site using an incognito window.
