Replace domain mapping, keep upgrade

  Hi.
  I purchased the premium plan for $99/year. There is one domain mapping included in the plan. I want to map a new primary domain to the site to replace the old one. I want to delete the old domain mapping so I can use the domain mapping of the new primary domain as the included feature in the premium plan.
  Please help.

  To clarify, I want to delete the old domain mapping so I don’t have to pay for the new primary domain mapping, aka use the new primary domain mapping as the one included with my premium plan.
