Replace header in Vetoh Theme

Hi, is there any way I can replace a header lets say with php/shortcode. The test page is this one https://pizzapastashow.000webhostapp.com, the header options are all set in the theme. Ideally I would like to replace it with smart slider. Already tried to delete the header completely, but it still uploads. Thank you all for the ideas and comments.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
