Replace Header Text With Image (Academia Theme)

    Hi Everyone,
Can I replace theme-default header text with a company image or logo? I am using the Academia Theme and would like to try doing this. I have minimal (really very little) experience working with code, etc. I understand I should be able to do this by editing the CSS? Can you guys give me a crash course on how to access that editor and how I can try going about this with this theme? I’m not afraid to try messing around with it but need some initial guidance. Thanks!

Yes and no upgrade is required to do that.
The detailed theme description page is here https://wordpress.com/themes/academica/

The suggested header image dimensions are 960 by 300 (width, height). However, the height is flexible so you can upload a smaller cropped image if you wish.

Upload the header image here > Appearance > Header

Thanks for the help. What I was really after was replacing the Header Text with an image, rather than using a company logo as a header image.
