Replace homepage content when switching theme

    Hi, when I switch theme on my website, I receive two errors:

    1. Can’t upload the content preview and receive the following message “only users who can switch themes on this blog can preview them”. I am the only user of the blog and the admin. See image below.
    2. After choosing to replace the homepage content with muscat homepage (or any other theme I tried) and activating the theme, the homepage content doesn’t change. I cleared my cache multiple times.

    Why can I do to fix this issue and change successfully theme on my wesbite?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
