Replace 'leave a Comment' with a message

  Where it says Reply, or Leave a Comment, How do I put a message to commenters eg We love getting your comments. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change that by going to Settings -> Discussion and down the bottom is the Comment Form Prompt where you can say “leave a reply” or whatever you want.
