Replace 'My site' view w/ Admin view

  Hello there,
  How do I replace https://finservaiiot.wordpress.com view with admin view (the one that comes up, upon customizing)? I want the admin view to also be the website view.
  Also, how can I hyperlink links under ‘Research’ to an otherwise hidden blog? I.e. I want ‘Research links’ to lead to individual blog / research posts.
