Replace the Weblog title by a logo

  I’ve tried to replace the Weblog title in the admin pages (General options > Weblog title) by a logo using the following html syntax :

  <a href="http://url/"><img src="http://url.jpg" border="0" alt="name">

  It doesn’t work.

  How to display a logo in place of the blog title?

  I’m pretty certain that in the MU free verison of WordPress run here, you cannot.

  Exactly, not possible, at least for now. That may be one of the features that is in the future.

  However it works on the admin pages, I.E. the image is displayed only on the admin pages, and … the code is displayed on the home page of the blog.

  It would be a nice future feature. ;-)

  Is there any fee version of WordPress that support such a feature ? Which one ?

  To have full control over your own WordPress site, you must host it yourself. We’d be sorry to see you go but happy to see another WordPress site “in the wild.” We can also recommend several good hosts.

  So that’s a definite ‘no’ to people being able to change their header image in the future?

  Not a “never, no never, yes never” no. Just a “not right now” no. :-)
