Replacing a old site with the one created here is possible ??

  We have build a free site on WordPress.com. Is it possible for us to get full backup of the site with the database and files. the domain that we have built is http://ambroseresourcing.wordpress.com/wp-admin .

  Let us know if we can transfer the above site to another hosting service that we use meaning we want to replace our existing site with the new site created here and the domain will remain unchanged for the old site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use the export function (tools -> export) and you’ll get an xml file, which I’m sure you can import elsewhere.

  Hopefully I’ve understood your question
