Replacing a theme with a new one

    I have already started putting my site together. but I’m thinking of using adding a new theme. Will it be possible to download and install an entirely new theme, then overwrite the current theme on my site? With all the already made customizations still in place but in the new theme.

    Hi,

    Your site is not working, says “Server not found”. Looks like your Domain Name is not resolving, pending verification possibly.

    If your site is on wordpress.com then you can choose from 300+ selected themes.

    You will find this guide helpful: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

    You can’t add a theme from outside the themes provided by wordpress.com

    The theme customization is unique for each theme, so once you change your theme, you lose the customization made for that particular theme.
