Replacing an email as primary contact
-
Hi,
I am having trouble getting our site to consider our email as the primary contact and administrator email for the login and correspondence. When we set up the site, we had a developer put his email in as the admin, and now that we have changed both the admin and primary contact email nothing has changed. We can still use his login to get in as admin and he is still receiving the majority of our email correspondence.
Why might this be, and what can we do to change it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
If you are wanting to change the email for the account associated with vtrpcdotorg.wordpress.com you can do so under the Account Settings tab of your Profile. For further information on this please review the following document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-settings/.
If it is another website or account your are looking to change this information for please provide the URL.
Hope this helps,
Cheers

Hi brookejenkins,

Following on from the information @codekmyta provided — there hasn’t been activity on vtprcdotorg.wordpress.com in over a year and I’m not seeing a pending change of email address on your Account Settings page at the moment.
If you are trying to change the email address for a different site, please send a link to it so we can point you in the right direction.
Thanks!
