Replacing Header for a Logo and top menu

    Hi, I´m new to wordpress and css, I´m building a website in yahoo (unfortunatly) and now I need to make the homepage in wordpress so it can be more interactive because of javascript, but I need to insert a Logo and personalize that with links and social icons.

    But I don´t really know how to do, can someone help me?
