Replacing The Domain of my premium site

  I currently have wordpress.com premium for my website/domain “mindtomindcreations.com” (which is $99 a year) and was wondering if I purchase a new domain (for $18) could I somehow replace my current domain with my new one and be able to maintain the $99 a year premium plan?
