Replacing the WP Load Animation
-
Hey! I’m wondering if I can change the load animation I’ve noticed showing up in the slideshow window? I also need to change the text color, and possibly the drop shadow, for the image captions in said slideshow.
Thank You!

You guys deserve credit for the awesomeness of your services, there’s no doubt about that, but I just want to personalize it; if I can.

This would be the slideshow color and text shadow stuff.
.slideshow-slide-caption { color: #cc0000 !important; text-shadow: 1px 1px 2px #008899 !important; } -
Hey, Dude! I didn’t know you’d be answering this one, too. It’s only occasionally showing up in the slideshow window. It’s a very dark gray box, with a light gray WordPress W and the loading loop circle around it.

^I’m definitely not imagining it. LOL…It’s there, so I’m praying, hoping, guessing it can be changed. :-)

I’m aware that a large percentage (around 80) of the more industrial companies we deal with aren’t running high-speed internet on their networks. Most are probably running 60 Mbps, so they’re going to be seeing it. The site IS “Powered by WordPress”, so I’d like to leave it. The guy I’m making this site for was already bothered that there was branding at the page’s bottom. I told him he had to live with it. He’s running 60 Mbps, so he’ll be seeing it (barely & on a huge screen, he’s legally blind). We shall see…

Well, I added my own load animation. I didn’t add the Powered by WordPress, as I couldn’t locate an ® in the color I was using. Characters show up in black, which is the background. I may reposition, and add it as a rectangular badge that black would show up on. It’s awesome how the slideshow is setup to handle a load animation. Now it has two. :)

Most of my customers have 60 Mbps Internet, and use IE & Chrome, so they will see both. WordPress powering up, Hudson powering up a little faster in the rotation and BAM! I’m good with that awesomeness, right there.

Yessir..Just the one thing on the other thread. I put it at the bottom, since it had gotten buried in my wordy comments. ;)
