I don’t comprehend what you mean. There is no mechanism or feature here at WordPress.com that I am aware of that allows one to link comments to profiles. If you would like to personally see your own comments made on other WordPress.com blogs that’s possible here > Dashboard > Comments I’ve Made

No. That’s not true. Your username is linked to your blog. The person with the Blogger blog has their comments set up in the manner they choose. If they have set up their comments to accept username and URL then you will have no problem commenting, and they most certainly have no difficulty at all when it comes to replying to comments they approve. .

Blogger blogs are a PITA to comment on unless the person chooses to set the blog to allow visitors to use the Username and URL option. Regardless of the choice they make for setting up commenting the claim that they cannot reply to a comment you submitted and they approved that does appear on their blog is bogus.
