  Zingcreed says Thank Jenia (staff) for her offer of help. That problem solved. NEW problem arising from it – how do I contact helpers who contact me by e-mail? I don’t know how to give extra data or say thank-you. I’ve tried clicking on “reply” and searching my name and their’s and come up against a brick wall.

  Exactly what do you mean by helpers please? Are they official users of the blog or not?
