Hi, can someone tell me please why on some of my blogs there is a large white box under posts etc and i thi sone, there is a line that says Leave a comment! Thanks

We can’t even begin to tell you till we have links to the blogs you are talking about. With the exception of the P2 theme, all themes here at wordpress.COM have the reply box on the single-post page (the one you get after clicking on a post title). On the main blog page, there will be a link that says, “leave a comment” “no comments”, or “comments” or something like that and that link will take the visitor to the single post page where they can then read the comments or make a comment.

Humm, I just clicked letstalkpetfoods next to my gravatar and it went right to the blog that am talking about.
If I am understanding what you are saying, the white box (like the one I am typing in now) only shows up when one clicks the title and before that is shows as a link?
So,I think I understand it now. I was thinking that the white box is always there rather than the links, so you did answer my question :) Thank you
I have one more quick question please. Is there any way to see who subscribes to my blogs without using Feedburner?

You said “some of my blogs”, so I suppose TSP wanted to known which ones, not just the one linked to your username. But if your question is answered, great :-)
In regards to your other question, you get stats only if your users subscribe to your feed via Feedburner. Basically, if they don’t subscribe via Feedburner, there is no way for you to know how many subscribers you have.

Thank you — was trying to avoid feedburner <G> It is a bit confusing, although I did use it once, but I don’t find it really user friendly :) Guess I will try it again <G>
